1. Reviewed the pond drainage project. Discussed that area 1 has been remediated with a french drain to the
recruit new board members.
2. Discussed the need for a newsletter to homeowners. The purpose of the newsletter would include:
a. Create an updated offline homeowners directory.
b. Inform homeowners of the two open board positions.
c. Let homeowners know how to get in touch with Sarah and board members, especially new homeowners.
d. Remind all homeowers of the exterior project approval process.
3. Joe and Bruce will conduct and quantitative from the noise coming from International Precision Components Corporation, Plant 2 at 28251 N Ballard Drive, Lake Forest, IL.
Action Items.
1. Create newsletter (Joe and Bruce) and send to Sarah for distribution to homeowners.
2. Joe and Bruce to measure noise coming from noise from International Precision Components Corporation, Plant 2 at 28251 N Ballard Drive, Lake Forest, IL before next meeting.
3. Board members to set next meeting in 2015.
