Glenmore Woods Exterior Project Approval Guidelines

In accordance with the Glenmore Woods Homeowners Association bylaws, all homeowners must obtain approval from the the Board of the Glenmore Woods Homeowners Association before beginning any exterior home improvements or landscaping projects.

The purpose of this approval process is to ensure compliance with the Glenmore Woods Declaration of Covenants, Restrictions, Easements, and Rights, specifically outlined in Articles VIII and IX.

The Glenmore Woods Homeowners Association bylaws require any homeowner to obtain approval from the Glenmore Woods Homeowners Association Board for exterior home improvements and landscaping projects.

Steps for Approval
 
To receive approval for your project, please follow these steps:
 
1. Complete the Approval Form
   • Fill out all required sections of the form.
2. Prepare Supporting Documentation
  • Include a copy of the plat of survey for your property, clearly marking the location of the proposed work.
  • Provide a detailed description of the proposed project. If applicable, attach conceptual drawings, plans, or landscape designs.
3. Submit Your Application
  • Submit the completed form along with all required documentation to the HOA Board for review.
  • Timeline: Applications should be submitted at least 30 days prior to the proposed start date.
