The Glenmore Woods Diagnostic Tree Survey was completed by Barlett Tree Experts. Bartlett Tree Experts was asked provide a diagnosis for the trees in the common area for safety. The Tree Survey Diagnosis focused on 3 areas.
1. personal safety
2. preservation
3. aesthetics
The diagnosis included the inspection of the edges in the area of the common properties, looking for root damage, limb damage and disease. The Hazard Tree Evaluation provides a list of trees by their species, DBH in inches, location of the tree, the type of hazard the tree poses, the target of the hazard, and the recommendation with what to do with the tree.
The DBH is the Diameter at Breast Height. The diameter is usually measured at 4.5 ft above ground level. DBH can be measured with a specially calibrated tape measure called a diameter tape.
In the next homeowners meeting, the board would like to discuss the issues with the trees, establish a budget and prioritize the trees that are in the most danger.
