- Discussion with Phil Megginson
- Attendees discussed landscape maintenance observations with Brightview representative. Someone raised the idea of surveying residents before next growing season to see what maintenance needs need to be met that haven't been this year. This may also fall into the category of extra touches that Mariani provided but Brightview did not know about. The Brightview representative departed after this discussion.

- Landscape proposals were reviewed. The group agreed that the bid scopes should be compared for levels of service and a decision made in December.
