Glenmore Woods Homeowners Association held their Annual General Meeting on Monday, March 2, 2015 at 7:00pm. The meeting was at the Mariani offices at 900 North Shore Drive, Lake Bluff, IL 60044. The meeting lasted 30 minutes. The minutes from the meeting follow.

Meeting Minutes for 2015 AGM
- Approve the Meeting Minutes from the last AGM
Joe Sturonas motioned to approve the minutes, Bruce Watts seconds. No one opposed.
- Board members: Any nominations for the 2 open board member positions
Joe Sturonas motioned to re-elect John Lucas and Bruce Watts. Second by Sue Ebert. No one opposed. Motion carried. No nominations for open board positions.
- Review and approve Budget for 2015
Joe Sturonas motioned to approve the 2015 Budget. Bruce Watts Seconds. No one opposed. Motion carried.
- Village Street Repairs
Bruce noted there are many places along Ashford Drive that are in need of repair, as well as some deteriorating areas in some cul-de-sac’s. Joe to perform a survey and report back to Sarah to communicate to the Village.

- Snow Plowing this winter
Provide feedback to Sarah to collective report back to the village regarding the snow plowing this winter. The snow plowing was late, not sufficient clearing of the snow on the streets, not clearing near the mailboxes resulting in some homeowners not getting their mail delivered.
- Review noise from International Precision Components Corporation, Plant 2 at 28251 N Ballard Drive, Lake Forest, IL
Bruce suggested that we wait until spring to re-evaluate due to the snow pack muffling the sound.
- Review Reigate Woods Buckthorn project
Reviewed the Green Oaks write up on the grass roots buckthorn removal in Reigate Woods. Joe to talk with Brian Muscat on the contacts used in that project.
- Open forum
Make sure all residents that are performing exterior projects have attained project approval from the board.
Check with Sarah on when the Mariani contact is coming to term.
